Styled 14″ wheels are mounted with 205/70 BFGoodrich Radial T/A white-letter tires. The car rides on KYB Gas-A-Just shocks, and braking is handled by unassisted front discs and rear drums.
The front bucket seats and a rear bench were reportedly recovered in two-tone bronze and beige Interior Decor Group-style seats in 2022, and the seller states that the seat foam and carpeting was replaced and the seat belts were refurbished. Appointments include a heater, wing windows, a push-button AM radio, and woodgrain trim on the instrument cluster, glovebox door, and full-length center console. Close-up photos showing the condition of the trunk are provided in the gallery below.
The wood-rimmed steering wheel sits ahead of Rally Pac gauges mounted to the steering column in addition to a 140-mph speedometer flanked by readouts for fuel level, engine temperature, amperage, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 844 miles, approximately 700 of which were added by the seller. Total mileage is unknown.
The 289ci V8 was rebuilt and overbored in 2015 by Accurate Engine Inc. in Kennedale, Texas, and is fitted with 0.040″-over forged pistons, a COMP Cams solid-lifter camshaft, a polished air filter housing, and matching valve covers. The seller states that K-code cylinder heads and exhaust manifolds have also been installed, and a copy of a 2015 invoice detailing an engine rebuild is presented in the gallery.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission. The clutch was replaced in 2015 during the engine rebuild, per the seller.
