Silver 15″ Alfaholics GTA-style alloy wheels wear 195/55 BFGoodrich G-Force Sport Comp-2 tires. Stopping power is provided by Dunlop four-wheel disc brakes that were overhauled in 2017 with rebuilt front calipers and a replacement master cylinder, pads, and rear wheel cylinders. The seller states that additional work involved overhauling and adjusting the suspension, and installing Alfaholics adjustable upper control arms.
The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench that have been reupholstered in black vinyl with a color-coordinated dash pad, door panels, and carpeting. Additional appointments include a light gray-finished dashboard, an Alfa Romeo-branded radio block-off plate, a heater, and a tunnel-mounted cigarette lighter and ashtray. The horn was rebuilt and the windshield wiper mechanism was replaced under current ownership.
The Nardi wood-rimmed steering wheel features an Alfa Romeo-logo horn button and a Bloster steering column lock, and it fronts a 220-km/h speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 43k kilometers (~27k miles), approximately 1,600 of which were added under current ownership. The tachometer cable was replaced under current ownership, and total mileage is unknown.
The 1,600cc inline-four was overhauled during the 2005 refurbishment and features twin Weber 40 DCOE sidedraft carburetors that have been rebuilt and adjusted in preparation for the sale according to the seller. Work performed under current ownership included cleaning and flushing the radiator, performing an oil change, replacing the ignition wires and rubber mounts, and installing a 123 Ignition Bluetooth-enabled distributor and a GTA-style oil filler cap.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission that was reportedly overhauled with a GTA pressure plate and first gear synchronizer in 2019 by B & A Transmission Repair of Danbury, Connecticut. A lightweight steel flywheel was also installed, and a replacement exhaust system was fitted under previous ownership. The floorpans show evidence of prior repairs, and additional underside photos can be seen in the gallery below.
Manufacturer’s literature, an Italian-language service manual, service records, and a spare set of wheels are included in the sale.
