Black-finished 19″ and 20″ forged AMG wheels wear 255/35 front and 285/30 rear Continental ContiSportContact 5P tires. This SL63 was optioned with the AMG Performance Suspension system, and braking is handled by four-wheel discs and optional red-painted calipers. Scratches on the wheels are depicted in the gallery.
The heated, ventilated, and massaging active multi-contour seats are upholstered in optional Designo Titanium Grey Nappa leather, while black leather covers the upper dashboard, center console, and door panel inserts. Additional appointments include dual-zone automatic climate control, Keyless-Go, Airscarf neck warmers, carbon-fiber trim, and COMAND infotainment with navigation, satellite radio, and a Harman Kardon LOGIC7 sound system.
The leather-wrapped AMG Performance steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,300-rpm redline as well as inset gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The car was optioned with the Driver Assistance Package, which added Distronic Plus active cruise control, Pre-Safe rear-end collision protection, Active Lane Keeping Assist, and Active Blind Spot Assist. The digital odometer indicates 18k miles, all of which were added under current ownership.
The twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter M157 V8 was factory rated at 577 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque. The oil was most recently changed in January 2023.
