Black-finished 15″ steel wheels wear deluxe wheel covers and whitewall tires. The car is equipped with power steering, and braking is provided by power-assisted four-wheel finned drums.
The front and rear bench seats are trimmed in green with white accents and complemented by a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and carpeting. Polished trim accents the dashboard, and other equipment includes power windows, a power-adjustable front bench seat, a glovebox, lap belts for four occupants, vent windows, sun visors, a heater, and a push-button AM radio wired to a speaker in the rear seatback. Wear is noted on the seating surfaces, and the seller states the carpet has been replaced.
The two-spoke steering wheel features a full horn ring and fronts a horizontal-sweep 120-mph speedometer, an clock, and auxiliary readouts for coolant temperature, oil pressure, battery status, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 67k miles, approximately 1k of which have been added under current ownership.
The 401ci Nailhead V8 features a four-barrel carburetor and was factory rated at 325 horsepower and 445 lb-ft of torque. Work completed in July 2020 reportedly included tuning the carburetor, cleaning the fuel tank and fuel-level sending unit, changing the oil, and replacing the fuel filters, spark plugs, ignition rotor and points, and distributor cap. There is evidence of corrosion in the engine bay.
The car is equipped with a two-speed Dynaflow automatic transmission. Replacement exhaust components were installed in July 2020. Underside corrosion is noted, and additional images can be referenced in the gallery.
