The 415mm basketweave wheels are mounted with older Michelin TRX tires. The car is equipped with a MacPherson strut semi-trailing arm suspension, Bilstein shocks, and front and rear anti-roll bars. Braking is handled by power-assisted four-wheel discs with ABS and ventilated front rotors.
The cabin features seats upholstered in Anthracite Buffalo Leather along with a color-coordinated center console, door panels, and carpets. Interior amenities include a Kenwood CD stereo, Rockford Fosgate speakers, air conditioning, an onboard computer, and power windows and locks. A Clifford alarm system has been installed.
The three-spoke steering wheel frames a replacement 160-mph speedometer that was installed when the car was Federalized in August 1985, and the six-digit odometer now shows 27k miles. Additional instrumentation includes a tachometer and gauges for fuel level, instant fuel economy, and coolant temperature.
The 3.5-liter M88/3 inline-six sends power to the rear wheels through a Getrag five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Work in preparation for the sale is noted to have included fluids services, replacing the air filter, and converting the air-conditioning system to use R134a refrigerant. Photographs of compression-test readings are shown in the gallery below.
Additional underside photos are presented in the gallery. The clutch slave cylinder was replaced in preparation for the sale.
