Ventilated 15″ steel wheels wear Alfa Romeo hubcaps and are mounted with 165SR15 Michelin XZX tires showing 2009 date codes. A rear ATE brake conversion was performed during current ownership by Blue & White Motors of Attleboro, Massachusetts. The front-ball joints and tie rods were replaced in February 2017, and work performed in January 2020 included installation of Koni shocks as well as replacement coil springs, bump stops, and rear axle limiting straps.
The cockpit features bucket seats trimmed in replacement black vinyl complemented by a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and carpets. A custom transmission cover is fitted atop the central tunnel, and additional appointments include Blaupunkt AM/FM radio, a lockable glovebox, lap belts, and Coco floor mats. The courtesy light switch is inoperative, and a spare unit is included in the sale. The seller notes that the dash pad shows wear and reports cracks near the defroster vents.
Jaeger instrumentation consists of a 140-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6,300-rpm redline, and centrally-mounted auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 96k miles, approximately 25k of which were added under current ownership.
The 1.6L twin-cam inline-four was rebuilt in October 1982 by Gaston Andrey of Framingham Inc. in Massachusetts. Work performed at that time included a valve adjustment as well as replacing the cylinder head, pistons, piston liners, motor mounts, and wrist pin and clutch bushings. A replacement exhaust system is said to have been recently installed, and the oil was last changed in July 2022.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transmission that was rebuilt in November 1998 by Blue & White Motors of Attleboro, Massachusetts.
