The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench reupholstered in red vinyl joined by a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Equipment includes a heater and defroster, a center console, a Hurst shifter, a passenger grab handle, vent windows, aluminum trim accents, polished door sills, Impala-branded rubber floor mats, and an aftermarket digital stereo.
The two-spoke steering wheel frames a column-mounted tachometer and a horizontal 120-mph speedometer, an analog clock, and gauges indicating coolant temperature and fuel level. Three Stewart-Warner auxiliary gauges are mounted below the center of the dashboard. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 22k miles, approximately 200 of which have been added by the selling dealer. Total mileage is unknown.
The replacement 409ci V8 was installed under prior ownership and features dual four-barrel carburetors, an orange-finished engine block and cylinder heads, and a black dual snorkel air cleaner assembly. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission. A replacement dual exhaust system has been installed.
