Additional work consisted of welding shut the trim holes along with fitting an aluminum license plate panel, a 911R-inspired engine grille, SEV Marchal driving lights, vented plexiglass front and rear side quarter windows, as well new latches, hardware, and seals. A repaint to the current shade of white with orange accents on the hood and decklid was then carried out, and vinyl decals are applied to the fenders, decklid, and windows.
Fuchs-style 15″ wheels are wrapped in 170/65 front and 215/55 rear Michelin TB15 tires. The suspension and hardware components are finished in black. Braking is handled by four-wheel disc brakes.
The cabin is fitted with replacement gray carpeting with orange trim along with a set of fixed-back sport seats equipped with Britax harnesses. Additional equipment includes rubber mats, a bolt-in roll bar, a wood shift knob, RS-style door panels, and a custom lower dashboard.
A MOMO steering wheel sits ahead of VDO instrumentation that includes a central 8k-rpm tachometer, a 150-mph speedometer, and combination gauges. The six-digit odometer shows just under 100k miles. True mileage is unknown.
The 2.7-liter flat-six was installed by John Walker’s Workshop in Marysville, Washington, and overhauled with Mahle cylinders, JE pistons and rings, replacement connecting rods and bearings, ARP studs, and refinished valve covers. Additional equipment includes 40mm Weber carburetors with individual intakes, WEVO engine mounts, a 911 short-wheel base oil tank with a large mouth filler neck, an ST Classics water bottle catch can, a refurbished fan and housing, a Rothsport billet pulley, a JB Racing single plug distributor, an MSD Ignition box and wire, and a renewed fuse panel. Recent service consisted of an oil change and a valve adjustment.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a 901 five-speed manual transaxle with a 12-lb flywheel assembly. A Patrick Motorsports RS-style muffler has also been added.
