Multi-spoke 15″ cast aluminum wheels were refinished in May 2019 and are mounted with 235/75 Cooper Trendsetter SE tires with white stripes. Braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.
The cabin features beige leather and Cumberland cord cloth seat upholstery as well as a color-coordinated dashboard, carpets, and door panels. Amenities include six-way power-adjustable front seats, a folding center armrest, air conditioning, cruise control, and a tilt steering wheel. Work completed during current ownership reportedly included reupholstering the headliner and replacing the speaker inserts.
The two-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel shows wear and frames a 100-mph speedometer and two combination gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. The six-digit odometer shows 161k miles, approximately 14k of which were added under current ownership.
The carbureted 360ci V8 was factory rated at 140 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. The engine was removed and rebuilt in August 2013 at which point the radiator, water pump, fuel pump, harmonic balancer, and belts were also replaced. The carburetor was rebuilt in August 2019 and the starter and battery cables were replaced in July 2022.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission and a Selec-Trac four-wheel-drive system using a shift-on-the-fly two-speed transfer case with a viscous coupling, and a Trac-Lok rear differential. The exhaust system was repaired in April 2016 and the transmission fluid pan gasket was replaced in June 2022.
