Black Cobra-style 17″ wheels are mounted with Toyo Proxes R888 tires measuring 245/40 up front and 275/40 out back. The car features a powder-coated frame, a Flaming River rack and pinion steering system, and a four-wheel independent suspension with adjustable coilovers. Stopping power is provided by disc brakes at all four corners.
The Kirkey Racing Fabrication aluminum seats are covered in black cloth upholstery and are fitted with Simpson Racing four-point harnesses. Equipment includes a push-button keyless ignition system, a heater/defroster, an adjustable brake proportioning knob, an MSD Atomic EFI controller, toggle switches for vehicle functions, leather door straps, and a mid-shifter kit. The trunk-mounted Optima battery is said to have been replaced in 2022.
The leather-wrapped Momo steering wheel sits ahead of an AutoMeter Sport-Comp tachometer, a 160-mph speedometer, and center-mounted auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer indicates 9k miles.
The 347ci Ford Performance V8 was sourced from SouthWest Ford of Weatherford, Texas, and features MSD Atomic EFI and ignition systems, a Milodon road race oil pan, an oil cooler, stainless steel braided fuel and oil lines, tubular exhaust headers, and a K&N air cleaner. An oil change was performed in September 2022, and the seller notes oil seepage following winter storage.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a Tremec five-speed manual transmission and an 8.8″ independent rear axle with a limited-slip differential and 3.55:1 gears.
Build invoices and assembly manuals are included in the sale.
